Why Most Gyms Don’t Actually Help

Most gyms on Teesside offer access to equipment. They're great if you know what you're doing.

But that’s where most struggle. Knowing where to start, or what’s actually right for their bodies and their goals.

So if you’re worried about injury or making things worse, there’s often no one around to help.

Many focus on classes. But even there with loads of people, it’s easy to feel lost and left not knowing. And just as you get into a routine, timetables change.

You could work with a personal trainer, but a decent one is about £35–£55. But they're not trained to support you with pain, joint issues, arthritis and other problems you might be facing.
